Bugfixes

• Fixes a bug where Indonesian words with hyphens would be incorrectly treated as multiple words during keyphrase matching when the locale was id or a custom locale starting with id_.
• Fixes a bug where Turkish keyphrase forms containing the characters İ or ı would not be recognized when the locale was tr, tr_CY or a custom locale starting with tr_.
